Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Holdy ("Service"), operated by Holdy ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms in full.

1. The Service

Holdy is a read-only crypto savings tracker. It lets you create savings jars, attach public wallet addresses, and monitor your progress toward financial goals. Holdy operates exclusively on public blockchain data.

Holdy does not:

Hold, custody, manage, or transfer cryptocurrency on your behalf
Access your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signing permissions
Execute trades, swaps, or any on-chain transactions
Guarantee the safety, value, or performance of any cryptocurrency

Your funds remain in your own wallets at all times, under your sole control and responsibility. We are a dashboard, not a wallet, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features.
Pro plan. After the trial you may subscribe monthly ($20) or yearly ($149.99). Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (via PassimPay) and by credit or debit card.
Renewal. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We will notify you before your plan expires so you can renew manually.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. After that period, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, email [email protected].
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the settings page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
Create multiple free-trial accounts to circumvent payment
Upload malicious content or exploit vulnerabilities (if you find one, please report it to [email protected])

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content of the Service are owned by Holdy. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of your jar configurations, wallet addresses, or saved settings.

7. Risks & Disclaimers

By using the Service you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Cryptocurrency risk. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and can go to zero. You may lose some or all of the assets you track. Holdy does not influence or protect against market movements.
Blockchain risk. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, exploits, or downtime. Wallet balances shown on Holdy are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.
No financial advice. Nothing on Holdy constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Third-party services. We rely on third-party blockchain APIs, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, or policy changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holdy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
